Children under 4 years old are free.
In high season the minimum stay is one week with arrival and departure on Saturday, arrival foreseen between the hours of 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) and 19:00 (7:00 p.m.) Checkout time is 10:30 a.m. on day of departure.
The price includes:
water, light and cooking gas consumption:
bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens with weekly change;
the farm places bicycles at your disposal for use free of charge within the boundaries of the property; a € 25,00 deposit fee is required.
The price does not include:
Tourist Tax € 1,00 per person per Day;
cleaning of the kitchen corner: this is the client’s responsibility; a € 30,00 fee will be charged if it is not cleaned;
Cradle: available on request at time of reservation for € 20,00/week:
Animals: not allowed:
Heating: € 5,00/day will be charged during the winter periods for daily stays exceeding 1 day.

Follow SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto and take the Grosseto Sud exit.
From Florence
Follow the highway for Siena (from the Firenze Certosa exit), continue towards Grosseto, take the Grosseto Sud exit.
From the escape of Grosseto south
Follow the signs for Pratini Bassi (Pratini B), go straight for about 1 km, when the road ends turn right and go straight for about 1 km (white road) and you are there.
